We want you to be confident in your decision to learn with Cramy. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.
If you're not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
To request a refund, email us at supportcramy@gmail.com with your enrolment details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, once a certificate has been issued, or where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
For no-cost EMI enrolments, refund eligibility follows the same window. Any processing fees charged by the financing partner may be non-refundable.
